  1. Use a moisturizer in the day time with an spf of at least 20.  It protects your skin from harmful sun damage and will keep your complexion even.

  3. Use a moisturizer at night. When you wake up in the morning your skin will he radiant and incredibly smooth.
  4. Exfoliate skin at least twice a week.  It cleans deep within your pores and gets rid of dead skin cells so that your face gets a deep clean.
  5. If your skin breaks out use a daily astringent with salicylic acid to help prevent and get rid of existing acne.
  6. Drinking 6-8 glasses of water per day keeps skin clear and smooth. Water also flushes out toxins from our bodies which improves over all health.  
  7. Facial exercise can do wonders for wrinkles. If you are considering plastic surgery consider this first. Months of practice really improved my skin greatly! Once you have achieved your look do it for once or twice a week for maintenance. 
  8. Use a mineral or clay mask at least once a week to deep clean skin and gets rid debris. These masks firm up skin tone for a more youthful look.
  9. Be mindful of what you eat. Foods filled with fat, preservatives and sugar can reek havoc on your skin and contributes to breakouts, uneven skin tone and a dull complexion. Fruits and vegetables on the other hand are filled with a variety of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals which greatly improves skin tone and blemishes.
